Navigating the Gretna Historic District Commission

The Preservation Resource Center has partnered with the Gretna Historic District Commission (HDC) to launch a series of classes designed to help property owners understand and navigate the Gretna HDC. The classes, which will be held in Gretna, are open to all. The second class of the series, Navigating the Gretna HDC, will cover the HDC’s application and review process, discuss new construction in Gretna’s Historic Districts, and how the HDC is a resource for property owners and those considering purchasing in Gretna. This course will provide the knowledge and tools property owners need to smoothly navigate the application and review process.
