DOTD Downtown Pedestrian Improvements Project Public Meeting- March 5th at 4:00PM
The State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) and its contractor Buck Town Contractors & Co. are beginning downtown pedestrian improvements including new sidewalks, crosswalks and traffic signals. This is a DOTD funded construction project to improve safety and access for pedestrians along 4th Street from Dolhonde Street to Huey P. Long Avenue, and on Huey P. Long Avenue from 4th to 5th Street.
