MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Seeking a full-time candidate with general building maintenance experience. Candidates should have firsthand experience in carpentry, including framing, installation, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures.  Skilled in framing walls, windows, doors, and countertops as well as performing general construction labor, such as jobsite cleanup and material handling.

Strong background in performing physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, moving materials, and assisting with the construction and maintenance of building.  Proficient in using various hand and power tools to ensure the completion of high-quality construction projects
