NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gretna City Council will meet in regular session on AUGUST 10, 2022, (Wednesday) at 5:30 PM, at Gretna City Hall, 740 Second Street, Council Chambers (second floor), Gretna, Louisiana 70053, to conduct a public hearing on the consideration and adoption of the ordinances below:

A.   An ordinance amending the Unified Development Code (UDC), Chapter 58; Article III, Section 58-103. -Zoning Map amendments; Division 1, Section 58-40 -Procedural Requirements; Section 58-272. -Planting part (e) Buffer Requirements; Section 58-198. -Sign Requirements by Zoning District; Section 58-181. -Location of Off- Street Parking Facilities to Development; Section 58-115. -Business Core District Development Standards and Section 58-126. – Commercial District Development Standards.

B.   An ordinance amending the Gretna Code of Ordinances; Amusements to create and establish historical horse racing machines of the Gretna Code of Ordinances (H. H. R.) as it pertains to historical horse racing machine locations, prohibited distance, prohibited properties and the number of machines allowable in wagering facilities licensed to conduct historical horse racing.

C.   An ordinance declaring certain vehicles surplus property, and no longer needed for public purposes; and to authorize the sale of said surplus property at a public auction.
